Antônio Luiz Moutinho is the General Manager of EroBrasil Xavantina. He joined the company in 2012 as a Consulting Engineer II and has since taken on various coordination roles in the areas of Beneficiation, Laboratory, SSMA (Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability), and Administration. Afterward, he served as the Management Manager and has been in the role of General Manager since 2018.
As the General Manager, he prioritizes workplace safety, environmental harmony, and maintaining positive relationships while addressing the needs of stakeholders, thus completing the three pillars of business sustainability. His leadership style, characterized by reconciliation, draws inspiration from people management and talent development, contributing to the established harmony in the organizational climate. Additionally, he is known for his ease in interpersonal relationships across different organizational levels and his strong ability to coordinate workgroups, emphasizing team motivation and goal achievement.
Antônio is a Metallurgical Engineer, graduating from the Federal University of Ouro Preto in 1991, and holds a postgraduate degree in Managerial Administration from the University of Jataí. With 25 years of experience in mineral-metallurgical processes and people management in production, maintenance, and processes, he is a Black Belt. He has 10 years of experience in implementing, starting up, ramping up, and stabilizing the sulfide gold ore beneficiation process at EroBrasil Xavantina.
