Encouraging entrepreneurship is one of the actions that the company has been developing for many years. The Esfomeado Farm Women’s Association (AMAFE) has been producing delicious artisanal cookies that follow recommended hygiene and production standards. These cookies are sold in the community and generate income for the participants. Another project developed is ATELIÊ DA FULÔ, which produces handicrafts with personalization of household products (dishtowels, clothes, crochet, etc.).
