Antonio Batista de Carvalho Neto is the Legal Director of EroBrasil. He joined the Company in February 2013 as a Legal Consultant, before joining the law firms in the city of Rio de Janeiro. In 2016, in the position of Legal Manager, he acted in the judicial recovery process, in the renegotiation of the Company’s financial debts, in addition to working on the M&A operation, which culminated in the change of control and allowed the resumption of the company’s activities. Since 2017, as Legal Director of EroBrasil, he has led the team of the company’s legal department, which is responsible for all areas of law.
